The event is held in Russia for the first time.

The working meeting devoted to the organization of the 13th summit on the international exchange and cooperation of the local governments of the North-East Asia has finished.

The summit in which the representatives of Russia, China, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mongolia and DPRK participate will take place in Vladivostok on September, 18-19 of the current year.

For two days the representatives of the Chinese province of Jilin, Japanese Tottori prefecture, the South Korean province Gangwon and the Administration of Primorye Territory discussed the working moments of the concerned the holding of the event . Russia is hosting the summit of the regional administrations for the first time. It will include the participants of the Central Aimag of Mongolia and North Korean province North Hamgyong.

The basis of the upcoming summit will be the Conference of Governors during which the heads of 6 regions will present their reports. Besides that an exhibition of the North-East Asia countries art, the forum of the regional mass media representatives and business negotiations will take place.
