The demonstration performances of the Taekwondo masters and artists of the Republic of Korea are in the program of the event.

The traditional holiday of the Primorye’s Koreans took place on Sunday in Ussuriisk. The festival was organized by the national and cultural association of Koreans with the support of the administrations of Primorye Territory and Ussuriisk city okrug. This year the festival of Russian and Korean friendship celebrated its 7th birthday.

The festal program was opened by the procession of the art collectives of the city, the representatives of korean Diaspora, taekwondo sportsmen, dance and vocal groups of the Republic of Korea, China and Primorye. The official guests of the holiday – the representatives of Primorye and Ussuriisk Administrations, consuls general of the Republic of Korea and DPRK, public organizations – will greet the people at the festival.

The demonstration performances of the taekwondo masters, the exhibition of the items of the Korean national applied art, the lottery drawing took place within the limits of the holiday. The Festival of Korean culture in the multinational Primorye is becoming a real holiday of friendship, helps to unite people and enriches the cultures of different nations.
