Such decision was made at the session of the food policy and nature management committee of the Legislative Assembly during the discussion of the law project “On the strategy of the socio-economy development of Primorye till 2025”.

This strategy is a basic long-termed document for the authority. The aim of the region’s development is the increase of the region’s economy competition and provision of the high quality of living for the residents of Primorye. The deputies consider that the agricultural complex must be included to the number of priority directions of Primorye’s development.

“One of the main priorities of the regions development must be agriculture, production of ecologically pure goods and preservation of water resources especially the reserve of fresh water”, noted the deputy Alexander Yermolaev.

By the second reading of the law these remarks will be formed into the table of amendments and will be sent to the economy police and property committee of the Legislative Assembly for the consideration.

Another actual issue of the session was the project of the law “On the amending of the law of Primorye Territory “On the fishery in Primorye Territory”. The amendments in the law will concern the articles determining the powers of the state authorities of Primroye in the field of the coastal and industry fish-breeding and particularly the allocation of water objects in usage to the juridical persons or individual businessmen, security of water bio-resources.

“The discussion of the law on the fishery in the part of the mariculture development is important for many managing subjects of Primorye. The new bill is suggesting regulating the allotment of the enterprises ready to develop this trend with the part of water area. That is why the decision to unite the efforts of the parliamentarians with the Administration of the region to present this bill in the nearest month at the Legislative Assembly in the first reading”, said the head of the committee Sergei Sidorenko.
