Additional sea ports where the vessels of Primorye can get the permission for repeated crossing of the state border are created in the region. This is the result of joint work of the administration of the region, the Frontier management of FSB of Russia on the Primorye territory and the Association of Fishing Enterprises of Primorye.
As it was indicated in the management of fishery of Primorye Territory until today it was possible to make the relevant documents during a fishing season only in two ports of the region - "Vladivostok" and "Nakhodka." This made some inconveniences for fishery management companies fishing in the Primorye territory. Now on the list are "Posjet", “Vostochniy port”, "Olga", "Bolshoy Kamen’", "Svetlaya", "Yuzhno-Morskoi", "Preobrazheniye", "Moryak-Rybolov" and "Kamenka".
According to specialists this will simplify the process of entering the ports, to ensure sustainable fishing and will create the best conditions for the supply of fresh fish to the shore and its internal processing as well.
This is especially important in the light of the current policy on the development of the Primorye coastal fish processing. The creation of own processing systems will enhance the competitiveness of the industry in the world market. And most importantly it will provide the local market with quality fish.
the work in this direction will continue in Primorye. The list of seaports, at which the vessels will call will also include the “South Liflyandiya”, "Plastun", "Valentine" and Vladimir Gulf ports.
