The habitation proprietors companies (HPS) of Primorye can already count on the federal support. The means will come from the Fund of housing and communal services reforming assistance and will be sent for the conduction of the overhaul.

According to department on housing and communal services and fuel resources of Primorye Territory the application from Primorye to the Fund in which the municipal formations with the biggest quantity of HPS will be included is being prepared. Our region can already receive up to 900 million roubles this year.

The official registration of the HPS or another form of apartment house management gives an opportunity to use the federal means. Only in this case the tenants can count on the financing of roof, facade and internal communications of the houses major repair. The sum necessary for the house repair is defined on the basis of the document given by house committee. The tenants contribute about five percent from a total cost of repair. The Federal fund of housing and communal services reforming will compensate all other charges.

The quantity of HPS has noticeably increased in Primorye. Many citizens united in habitation proprietors companies have reduced payments for housing-and-municipal services and have raised the quality of houses service.
