The additional panel discussion - "Effective financial capital market - the development of infrastructure business projects in the Far East of Russia" will be included in the program of the second Pacific Economic Congress, which will run in Vladivostok in July 26-27.

According to the organizing committee of Congress, the task of this debate is to determine the most effective mechanisms for attracting investment and increasing capitalization of Primorye’s businesses. The Central Bank of Russian Federation and the VTB bank agreed to become the partners of discussion.

The organizers intend to enlist leading experts in the field of development of financial markets to participate in the panel discussion. Such topics as"Financial instruments, the most popular in different segments of the economy", "Capital market in financing economic development" and “The experience of foreign direct investment funds" are offered for the discussion. According to organizers, the debate will be interesting to representatives of both large and small businesses of Primorye.

The Second Pacific Economic Congress is held at the initiative of Governor of the region Sergei DARKIN and will work under the motto "Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific - from cooperation to integration". The main task of Congress is the organization of an international centre of communication of representatives of Russian and foreign business, academia and government structures on the full cooperation of Russia with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, discussion of effective mechanisms for public-private partnership for joint investment projects.

The plenary session “Resources of the future” is in the program of the Congress. The strategy of socio-economic development of Primorye Territory until 2025, as well as long-term development strategy for Russia will be presented at the session.

The panel discussions on the topics "The energy and oil and gas export potential of the Far East of Russia", "The development of transport and logistics complex in the Far East region”, “Cities attractive to people", "Efficient market of financial capital - the development of infrastructure and business projects in the Far Eastern Russia" will run during the Congress.
