The receiving of the applications for participation in the tender for construction has started.

According to the department of roads of Primorye Territory the receiving of bids from construction companies will continue until early June. It is planned to define the winner in late June and then, in early July will be able to proceed with the construction and installation work.
Competition for the construction of the first bridge across the Golden Horn Bay was announced on April 29 after a positive conclusion of the Head State Expertise received in April this year. Sergei Darkin demanded to announce the tenders for the construction of the facility as soon as possible, to speed up the building of a bridge across the bay Golden Horn.
The erection of the bridge is provided by the special federal program "Development of the city of Vladivostok as a centre of the international cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region." The bridge across the Golden Horn bay will be unique; such in Russia have not yet built. "This bridge will be a visiting-card Vladivostok," - considers the Governor of Primorye Sergei Darkin.
Experts also stress the important social and town-planning importance of the bridge, which will improve the state of transport infrastructure of Vladivostok, will be created equal living conditions in all parts of the city, the problem with road "plugs" will be solved and, therefore, the environmental situation will qualitatively change.
