Construction of ESPO branch started in the border city Mohe.

A ceremony of the beginning of construction works at the brunch of the pipeline “Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean” took place in the chinese city of Mohe (borders with the Skovorodinskiy area of the Amur region). The event was attended by government officials of Priamurye, representatives of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province, China National Petroleum Corporation, as well as the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Kudryashov.
Similar work on the Russian side began on April 27. The ceremony was attended by the first vice-premier of Russia Igor Sechin. The length of the ESPO oil pipeline branch will be 64 kilometers.
