Vice-Governor of the province Yuri Lihoyda held a conference in the constructing rehabilitative treatment center for children with oncologic and hematologic diseases.

Representatives of contractor reported that all works are carried out on schedule. A tentative date of substantial completion of the centre is September of this year.

Additional 48,7 million roubles were allocated on the construction of the oncologic and hematologic rehabilitation centre from the regional budget. Now the internal finishing works and installation of ventilation systems are being conducted in the building.

Everything needed for the maximum comfort of the young patients is provided in the regional department of child oncologic and hematologic rehabilitation center. After a difficult course of therapy, children will receive a full recovery procedures and recreation. The building will have a big winter garden area with an area of some 270 square meters with a glass roof, a computer room, playing and training rooms, library, space for creativity classes, sewing workshop and a swimming pool.

The center is being built in the ecologically clean suburbs of Vladivostok. The governor of the Territory Sergey DARKIN has directed that the the most sophisticated medical equipment must be purchased for the center.
