Additional 172 million roubles will be allocated from the federal budget for the financing of the regional program on the prevention and fight with the diseases of social character. The according bill was developed by the administration of Primorye and accepted by the legislative assembly in three readings.

The sub-programs of prophylaxis and treatment of the tuberculosis, diabetes, oncologic illnesses, viral hepatitis, arterial hypertension, mental disorders, sexual transmitted infections and also the sub-programs “Anti-HIV/AIDS” and “Vaccinal prevention” are in the Regional goal-oriented project “Prevention and fight with the diseases of social character in Primorye territory”.

Another important bill developed by the administration of Primorye Territory was accepted in the Legislative Assembly. It provides the facilitated taxation system on the basis of the patent for sole proprietorship in Primorye Territory.

The document is considerably increasing the list of businesspersons will be brought to the simplified taxation system. The director of the finance department of Primorye Territory Tatiana Kazantseva marked that the law is directed on the fulfillment of the order of President of Russia on the support of small business.
