Two Russian documentary films about the far eastern leopard were shown on the wide screen for the first time on the 17th of September at the V international film festival “Pacific Meridian”.

The films “Leopard’s land. Times of Year” and “To save everyone” were presented by the authors – the Center of wildlife protection “The call of Taiga” and WWF of Russia.
In 2006-2007 these works were highly assessed on the V international Baikal film festival “Man and Nature”. Now, thanks to the management of the international Film Festival “Pacific meridian”, residents and guests of Vladivostok could see them on wide screen.
The authors have displayed the remarkable beauty of Primorye’s nature and suggested a new popular way of stating the scientific information on the rarest cat of the planet.
