On the 22nd of August the officials of customs post “Turiy Rog” of the Ussuriisk customs office have arrested a large batch of ginseng.
“The root of life” was discovered during the check up of one of the buses driving to China.
The officials of customs have discovered the 12 packages in its constructural spaces. There were about 1900 roots of wild ginseng weighting about 20 kilograms. Approximate cost of the arrested goods is more than 4,7 million roubles.
The arrested batch is the largest in history of customs body on the Far East.
